What is Pours for PAVE?
Pours for PAVE are quarterly networking events that bring together PAVE supporters and community members at local establishments to enjoy drinks and food while supporting PAVE’s work to end violence in our community.
What is expected of a host location?
As host, PAVE asks you to select a day or happy hour that works best for you, a space large enough to accommodate up to 50 extra guests on the night selected, and opportunity to have a display table, and a monetary donation to our organization. The latter can be done in a variety of ways, whether it’s a dollar per beverage purchased, a portion of all proceeds that evening, or a predetermined flat amount. These are just a few options previous hosts have used; we are more than open to hearing other ideas that work for your budget and giving goals!
What does PAVE provide?
Pours for PAVE events historically have brought an additional 30-50 guests to the selected establishment – individuals who have a connection to PAVE and are interested in supporting us while enjoying a great local spot. PAVE will provide staff to man a display table and answer any questions about the organization (2-3 hour block), market the event on all social platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and e-newsletters), as well as assist with any logistical needs you may have (i.e. arranging for a food truck outside if you do not offer food service).

Pours for PAVE allows us to bring together volunteers, supporters, staff and community members to support PAVE’s work, raise awareness of the issues we work on, and build our network of supporters in a fun and relaxing environment! For businesses, it introduces you to new customers, and provides a way to invest in your community.
